The proposal from Linköping was discussed
Several informal proposals have been given during the days (UU, UmU, GU). This interest of organizing the conference is promising for the future. It was discussed how proposals should be handled in the future. It was decided that a general invitation for proposals should be sent out two month before the yearly conference and that the deadline should be one month before the conference.

David Liberles will check out on the possibilities to register the Society in Norway. Maidu Remm will do the same for Estonia.
Web activities
David Liberles has volunteered to administer the web server and maillist - will take over the stuff from Bengt's server at Karolinska.
Suggestions for new stuff to put there:
Listings of educations in SocBiN countries
Listings of research groups in SocBiN countries
Conferences and meetings of interest
Other stuff of interest.
Start with brief listings and invite teachers and project groups to supply contact info and a short description.
Send out email to Socbin lists with invitation for this
