Travels to Stockholm

Stockholm has one major international airport Arlanda (ARN) with direct flights from most major european cities. There also exist two other airport Bromma (BMA) with connections from London and Helsinki and Skavsta (NYO) located 90 minutes away from stockholm and mainly connected by low cost airlines.

Travels from the Airport

Arlanda From Arlanda you can take the airport tran (280 SEK) a airport bus (140 SEK) or a Taxi (about 500 SEK) to downtown.
Bromma From Bromma the best option is a Taxi, but it is also possible to take a local bus to a metro station. Please note that buses in Stockholm do not take cash, so you need to buy a ticket at the airport before entering the bus.
Skavsta The best option is the airport bus. Taxis are available but expensive (1600 SEK).

Travels to the conference venue and within Stockholm

The closest bus stop to the conference venue is Tomteboda-Karolinska which is connected by bus 69 and 73. Timetables and traveling guides can be found at http://sl.se. You can also take a bus to "Karolinska Institutet" (bus 3 and others) and walk a few hundred meters.
